Midterm Components

Written Quiz

This will cover vocabulary from our Class Quizlet  and a few other things we've covered in class. Question Examples
Post-Quiz Task
After the written quiz, you will record two Table Talk videos. You can select and practice the first topic beforehand. The second topic will be given to you after the written quiz.
Both videos should be posted to the Band by 5pm.

Conversation with Jeff
I will meet with each of you for a one-on-one conversation.  You can do this alone or with a friend.
I will ask some basic greeting/small talk questions. I will then ask questions about some of the work you've submitted.  This can include your entrance questionnaire, your intro video, your travel plan, or anything you've posted in the Band. I might also ask a couple of Table Talk questions.  Feel free to ask me questions or bring up anything else you'd like to discuss. The goal is to have a genuine conversation - you can prepare some things you'd like to say, but please do NOT memorize anything.
